TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website, as well as your engagement with therapy, coaching, and digital products offered by Authentic Studio, Tena Posel.

Appointments and Cancellations

All therapy and coaching sessions are 60 minutes in length unless otherwise agreed. Sessions must be booked in advance. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full.

Payments

All services must be paid in advance unless other arrangements have been confirmed in writing. Payments are processed securely through IBAN or PayPal. Prices do not include VAT.

Digital Products

Once a digital product (e.g., workbook, guide, or online course) has been downloaded or accessed, it is non-refundable. All digital products are intended for personal use only and may not be copied, distributed, or resold without explicit written permission.
