THIS IS A SPACE WHERE YOU CAN PUT THE ARMOR DOWN.
Sometimes holding it all together is exhausting enough.
WHAT THERAPY LOOKS LIKE?
A space where your nervous system is supported instead of pushed.
Where we gently explore what sits underneath high-functioning, burnout, and people-pleasing.
Where we notice how survival mode shows up, in your breath, your tension, your reactions… and begin to shift it.
Where conversations are honest, steady, and grounded in compassion.
No pressure to perform.
No pathologizing.
No rushing toward solutions.
Just real work, at a pace your body can sustain.
You are a high-achiever who feels constantly on edge:
functional, responsible, and capable, but rarely relaxed.
You move through your days efficiently, but your nervous system feels tight, restless, or easily overwhelmed.
You find yourself stuck in self-criticism, over-apologizing, emotional shutdown or active attack,
either saying too much to keep the peace or saying nothing at all.
You notice that even small mistakes linger longer than they should.
You’ve tried therapy before but felt unseen,
analyzed, or rushed toward solutions,
as if the depth of your experience didn’t quite land.
You are tired of carrying everything alone.
Tired of being the strong one.
The composed one.
The one who figures it out.
And you’re ready to understand what’s underneath that strength.
WHO IS THE THERAPY FOR?
WHAT TO EXPECT?
Weekly or biweekly 60-minute sessions, held online or in person in Berlin.
Each session is trauma-informed, body-aware, and focused on helping you build nervous system stability alongside emotional insight.
Our work is tailored to your pace and your capacity.
We don’t rush toward breakthroughs.
We build them steadily.
You can expect:
• A structured yet flexible process
• Space to explore patterns at their root
• Practical tools to regulate your nervous system
• Honest reflection without judgment
Your privacy and psychological safety are non-negotiable, and confidentiality is upheld with professional integrity at every step.
If, over time, you feel ready to integrate forward-focused strategy or leadership support, we can weave coaching into the process.
The work evolves as you do.
INSIGHT IS ONLY
THE BEGINNING.
Real change happens when the body feels safe enough to move differently.
The Method:
Body-Oriented, Integrative, and Real
My approach is rooted in Integrative Body-Oriented Psychotherapy.
That means we work with the whole of you, not just your thoughts, but your emotions, physical sensations, and nervous system responses.
Emotional wounds don’t only live in the mind. They show up in how your body tightens, braces, collapses, or shuts down.
They show up in patterns of over-giving, overworking, over-explaining, or emotionally withdrawing.
We don’t just analyze those patterns.
We notice how they live in your body, and we begin working there.
In practice, this means we:
- Tune into the body as a source of information, not something to override.
- Explore protective patterns that once kept you safe, but now keep you stuck.
- Use grounding, breath, movement, and nervous system regulation to build safety from the inside out.
- Focus on sustainable shifts, not temporary insight.
Because understanding your pattern is powerful.
But embodying a different response is what changes your life.
WHY WORK WITH ME?
I’ve walked the burnout path, and built the space I once needed.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent over a decade in the corporate world. I understand what it means to carry responsibility well while quietly unraveling inside.
From the outside, I looked capable. Steady. Reliable. Inside, I was anxious, exhausted, and increasingly disconnected from myself.
Burnout forced me to confront what ambition and discipline could no longer override. Body-oriented therapy changed everything.
Not because it gave me quick relief, quite the opposite, but because it helped me understand how my nervous system was holding anxiety, pressure, and unprocessed experiences in ways I couldn’t think my way out of. That experience reshaped how I work today.
As a trained Integrative Body-Oriented Psychotherapist, I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, emotional overwhelm, burnout, people-pleasing, vulnerability, addiction patterns, dissociative episodes, identity shifts, painful breakups, divorce, career transitions, and unresolved trauma.
Some arrive in visible crisis.
Others arrive “functioning” — but feeling stuck, numb, or quietly falling apart inside.
My work is grounded and steady. We don’t chase dramatic breakthroughs. We build capacity.
We slow down anxiety at the level of the nervous system.
We approach depression without shame.
We explore addictive or compulsive patterns with honesty, not judgment.
We work gently with dissociation, building safety before depth.
We process grief, heartbreak, and life transitions at a pace that your system can actually tolerate.
You will not be analyzed from a distance. And you will not be rushed.
I combine therapeutic depth with structure and nervous system-informed care.
This is mature work. Regulated work.
The kind of work that builds internal safety over time.
If you are ready to understand what is underneath your symptoms,
and develop a steadier way of being with yourself — this space can support that.
